Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

 

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWAL

Some Services operate on automatic subscription billing.

By subscribing you agree that:

  • Charges may recur automatically

  • Billing terms are disclosed at checkout

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • Prior payments are non-refundable unless required by law

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is owned or licensed by HAMZA 1P LLC unless otherwise stated.

No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written consent.

  • Zoom

  • Calendly

We are not responsible for third-party platforms.

 

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages

  • No liability for loss of profits, data, or business interruption

  • Total liability capped at the amount paid in the last 12 months

 

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAMZA 1P LLC d/b/a GregJonesTV from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of law or third-party rights

  • Any content you submit

 

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

You agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration under AAA rules.

  • Arbitration seat: Nevada

  • No class actions permitted

  • Each party bears its own costs unless required otherwise

  • Small claims court permitted where applicable

 

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

All disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

You consent to jurisdiction and waive venue objections.

 

13. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access at any time for violations of these Terms.
